On Saturday, August 15th, beginning at 1:28 AM (ET), SSA experienced a partial disruption which impacted a few services within the my Social Security Webapp until approximately 7:04 AM (ET). Technicians identified the source of the service impacting event, which was found to have been caused by an annual update.
