On Wednesday, September 2, beginning at 10:46 AM (ET), SSA experienced a network disruption which impacted the services within the my Social Security Webapp until approximately 4:34 PM (ET). Services were restored once the network issue was resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this event may have caused.
