On Monday, August 31, beginning at 11:52 AM (ET), SSA experienced a network disruption which impacted the services within the my Social Security Webapp until approximately 12:00 PM (ET). Services were restored once the network issue was resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this event may have caused.
